We continuously look for and invest in solutions making our customers production processes more efficient and easy to keep under control. A process as simple as separating electronic devices delivered in succession by a feeder at very high speed, turns to be tedious and challenging when the device gets smaller and fragile. Ismeca launched its latest flexible and adaptive state of the art servo-linear separation system in May 2008 as a standard solution on most its feeding bases. This separation is made with 2 individual elements; stopping and guiding the device synchronously in a totally autonomous sequence. With this apparatus, Ismeca handler is proven to guarantee a high speed flexible separation feature with a short conversion time and with; while protecting the package integrity.

The invention is made possible by dedicated Ismeca researchers and developers over a period of 3 years. Patent SG157031 has been granted in Singapore and is pending in Malaysia to protect this Intellectual Property of Ismeca.

Once again, in order to protect our inventions, we have invested numerous amounts of efforts and resources against any individual or company where infringement of our IP is being observed or implied. Without any hesitation, we had and we will continue to take immediate legal actions to stop this criminal act. Including, but not limited to, halt and confiscate infringing equipment / module from premise where the production is taken place.
