• To characterize and produce electromechanical specifications for Ismeca contacting solution to be used as application guidline and marketing purpose.
• To act as a technical advisor by participating in brainstorming sessions, design phase, improvement decisions, "Alpha-site" trials / validation and follow up "Beta-site" validation to win the business.
• To support service engineers and work with customers to debug and improve contacting related electrical test performance seizing opportunity to gain contacting business.
• To work with Supply Chain and Spare Parts department to continuously reduce cost and improve quality of the contacting solution to increase revenue and profit.
• To report / feedback evaluation results and improvement performance to management and to propose further improvements if necessary.
• Able to operate handler and produce conceptual mechanical drawings.
• To establish test contacting product roadmap and develop test contacting solutions aligning to vision of global leader in back-end finishing equipment.
• Expert in semiconductor testing, capable to conceptualize and transform customer needs into contacting specifications with regards to electrical performance, material and mechanical requirement of test contacting.  

Requirements:

• College degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years experience related to mechanical or equipment maintenance, semiconductor industry or contacting related.
• Strong knowledge in Analog IC / Discrete testing.
• Material composition know-how.
• Familiar with CAD, Protel.
• Knowledge of simple electric circuit diagram. 
• Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in the English Language.
• Willing to travel (30%).
